United Way of Coastal Fairfield County’s mission is: “Together, we mobilize our communities to improve people’s lives”. United Way of Coastal Fairfield County serves the towns of Fairfield, Bridgeport, Stratford, Westport, Trumbull, Easton, Monroe, Weston, Norwalk, Wilton, New Canaan and Darien. A Collaborative Approach Community engagement and collaboration are at the core of our efforts. We work with partners to frame conversations around critical issues to create on-the-ground solutions. To effect long-term change, these collaborations utilize the collective impact model, a systematic approach to agreeing on the issues of concern and how they will determine success.
