A Collaborative Approach

Community engagement and collaboration are at the core of our efforts. We work with partners to frame conversations around critical issues to create on-the-ground solutions. 

To effect long-term change, these collaborations utilize the collective impact model, a systematic approach to agreeing on the issues of concern and how they will determine success.  United Way fills the critical role of a backbone organization.
