The Outreach Program is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that operates as a 501(c)(3) with a mission to meet essential needs for children and families in the United States and around the world. It is based in Union, Iowa, and was founded in 2004 after a pivotal trip to Nkungi, Tanzania. The Outreach Program works with businesses, civic groups, faith-based organizations, schools, government agencies, and other nonprofits to advance its programs; in October 2024, IdeaTek Telcom LLC and Buhler Mennonite Church partnered with the organization to package meals at the Sand Hills Event Center in Hutchinson, Kansas.
