Osocalis Distillery is a small, artisanal producer located in Soquel, in the Santa Cruz area of California. Founded in the early 1990s, Osocalis represents the second generation of American craft distillers who blend Old World techniques with New World fruit. Its brandy is based primarily on Colombard and Pinot Noir, though it distills a broad range of wines such as Marsanne, Riesling, Syrah, Grenache, and Semillon; blending across fruit sources contributes to a distinctive California brandy style.
