Grand Traverse Pie Company started in Traverse City in 1996 with a simple idea: Michigan fruit and scratch baking belong at the center of the table. We still bake daily with real ingredients and Michigan farms front and center whenever we can. Cherry, apple, blueberry, pumpkin, maple—it starts in our orchards and fields and ends in a warm slice. Today we operate 11 bakery cafés in Michigan and Indiana. You’ll also find our pies in retailers across the Midwest, and we ship worldwide for anyone who wants a taste of Michigan no matter where they live. Alongside pie, we serve soups, sandwiches, salads, pot pies, pasties, and quiche.
