Denver Food Rescue is a nonprofit in the civic and social sector that works to reduce food waste while increasing access to nutritious food for Denver residents. The organization recovers surplus perishable food from more than 25 retailers and distributes it to No Cost Grocery Program partners, often by e-bike through a volunteer-led network.
