Since 1995, the Youth Alliance (YA), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, has provided free prevention and intervention programs, including after-school enrichment and counseling services to children, youth, and families. Our purpose is to provide youth with positive alternatives to help them discover their brilliance and liberated leadership expression. Our work aims to support youth and families to connect, grow, and lead the transformation for a more just and equitable society.

Our MISSION is to create opportunities and space for youth and families to be heard, engage, thrive, and lead.

Our VISION is to cultivate the wisdom and advance the power of our community to build a more equitable future.
