INDIVIDUALIZED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT/COMMUNITY INTEGRATION helps clients not yet living independently develop life skills and build community connections; REACHING INDEPENDENCE THROUGH SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT (RISE) Day Program concentrates on social, educational, and physical activities; and PROJECT HEART provides evening classes on health and safety topics.
