Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) functions as the Greater Philadelphia regional affiliate of Volunteers of America, a national faith-based nonprofit founded in 1896. Based in Camden, New Jersey, VOADV operates as a professional human services organization that serves more than 11,000 men, women and children each year across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The organization provides shelter for homeless individuals and assists them in securing permanent housing, while also supporting people with behavioral health challenges or developmental disabilities. It helps ex-offenders reintegrate into their communities, rebuild family relationships, and return to work.

As part of its regional service and fundraising activities, VOADV has expanded its reach with the Tri-County Navigational Resource Center, launched in Vineland to serve Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties. This development broadens access to navigation and support services for residents across southern New Jersey.
