VML/VACo Finance is a Virginia-based financial services organization founded in 2003 by the Virginia Municipal League and the Virginia Association of Counties. Incorporated as the Virginia Local Government Finance Corporation, a not-for-profit, it pools the resources of local governments to provide services at a lower cost and acts as the program administrator for the VACo/VML Pooled OPEB Trust and the Virginia Investment Pool.

It is based in Richmond, Virginia, and serves nearly 300 political subdivisions. It has facilitated more than $1 billion in governmental loans and manages invested assets of about $3.5 billion. In July 2023, it announced the appointment of George Moore IV as investment operations analyst.
