Vangard Events has grown to provide a range of event design and production services including décor design, theme and concept development, floor plan renderings, graphic design, entertainment management, lighting design, custom props and floral design.  Vangard Events also specializes in event logistics including overall event management, contract negotiations, vendor/budget management, site selection, creative services management and guest services.  We believe Vangard’s success is due to our devotion to clients, the way we share their passion and bring those dreams to life. 

At Vangard, we start every project by asking the client questions and listening not only for your answers, but for the vision behind your words. Our designers and decorators take their cues from art, travel, and fashion, but our true inspiration comes from our clients. In our work, we focus on each sense—touch, taste, sight, smell and sound—through the use of custom fabrics, lighting, stunning décor, entertainment, and creative catering recommendations.
