US Trucking and Logistics Co-Op, Inc. operates as a nonprofit grassroots organization within the truck transportation sector, focusing on support for single truck owner/operators and small trucking companies. Its programs aim to help members access information, resources, and services essential to starting, operating, and maintaining profitable trucking operations, including dedicated freight opportunities, safety compliance assistance, lease program access, and business support services. The organization targets motor carriers and owner/operators who typically operate a small fleet, offering complementary basic membership and plans to expand into a fully member-operated co-op with pooled resources and profit-sharing in the future. Based in Gainesville, Florida, the co-op describes its mission with a framework of preparing, equipping, energizing, and sustaining trucking professionals to adapt to industry changes and sustain a profitable business. The co-op positions itself within the truck transportation industry as a community-based alternative resource hub, emphasizing peer support and access to capital and financing leads, while pursuing strategic partnerships and programs to broaden opportunities for drivers on the road. A recent development noted is its intention to transition within three years to a fully sustainable, member-operated model that consolidates sales, marketing resources, financing, and profit-sharing among vested members.
