The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake is a nonprofit organization serving Native American and Alaska Native communities along the Wasatch Front, delivering culturally responsive health, wellness, and social services. It operates three sites—a Main Location & Cultural Center, a Murray Clinic, and a West Valley Administrative Office—to provide programs, healthcare access, and outreach. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, UICSL serves individuals and families from many tribal nations, including Indigenous Utah tribes and Native people who relocate for education or employment, with a focus on culture, community connection, and well-being. In 2023 the center commemorated its 50th anniversary through a partnership with the American Indian Resource Center and Salt Lake Community College to promote equity within the urban AI/AN community.
