The Universidad de Córdoba, located in Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain, is a public higher-education institution. It structures its scholarly activity around three main areas: agri-food sciences and technical disciplines; health sciences; and humanities and social sciences. It also leads the Campus of International Excellence ceiA3, a consortium that includes universities in Huelva, Cádiz, Jaén and Almería to foster collaboration and regional development. It serves students, researchers, and partner institutions across its three domains, supporting education and scientific advancement. In April 2024, researchers at UCO developed a methodology to define the cultivable space between two-axis photovoltaic modules to promote agrivoltaic production, illustrating ongoing work at the institution. Based in Cordoba, the university has a regional presence in Andalusia and participates in a cross-institutional initiative that links multiple universities for broader collaboration.
