The Tourism Abbotsford Society was established in 2003 to acknowledge the role of tourism as an economic cornerstone for the City of Abbotsford. The ten-member Board of Directors includes representation from the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce (one director), the City of Abbotsford (one director), the Abbotsford Hotel/Motel Industry (three directors), the Circle Farm Tours (one director), and community members. The board oversees Tourism Abbotsford and works towards creating a strategic vision for the future of tourism in our community.  

As champions of Abbotsford’s tourism, we lead our industry, inspiring targeted travelers to choose Abbotsford and discover more about what our city offers through our strategic marketing campaigns and visitor engagement programs. We also educate residents and their elected representatives about the contributions tourism adds to life in Abbotsford.
