By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will work together to recognize any long-standing behavior patterns or distorted thoughts that may be stopping you from experiencing your life in a positive and meaningful way.
Both adults and teenagers experience times in their lives when nothing seems to be easy or everything goes wrong no matter how hard you try. The people in our lives become frustrating to us and we lose that spark or feeling of optimism we had when we were young or in love. It is an understatement to say that it is difficult to live with conflict, sadness, or anxiety. On the other hand, it would be even worse to allow these feelings to rule our lives.
