OSJCT is a not-for-profit charitable trust that provides care, support, and housing for older people and individuals with learning disabilities. It expanded through a February 2024 merger with The Fremantle Trust, combining resources to deliver care more cohesively. In September 2025, services in Buckinghamshire were integrated into the Trust, broadening its coverage and adding learning disability services to the established older people2s care.
