The Logistics Institute's vision is to develop leaders who transform organizations as change agents. Leaders with the competitive edge to create customer value and the competence to sustain that value. 

Leaders not by dint of their title but their actions. Leadership is a personal skill, a personal competency. Our aim is to enable frontline leaders, management leaders, executive leaders and C-suite leaders. 

To train individuals working in Supply Chain and Logistics, and to foster leaders in the profession, our competency-based programs holistically integrate leadership and inter-personal skills with supply chain logistics expertise. 

The focus is on you, the individual. The context is your chosen profession. 

Our programs do not follow a prescribed template. Instead, we challenge supply chain and logistics practitioners to reinvent themselves as thought leaders, solutions architects and certified professionals.
