The Center for Advancing Innovation is a global nonprofit that operates as a public-private partnership, based in Bethesda, Maryland. Its aim is to accelerate the commercialization of research to spur entrepreneurship, strengthen the global economy, and maximize the potential of promising inventions through innovative approaches and models. The organization runs a challenge-based accelerator and applies rigorous due diligence with lean management practices to speed the development of high-growth startups.
