Telkom University is a private higher education institution based in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, focusing on ICT-based education and research across engineering, business, and the creative industries, operating in the education administration programs sector. It was established in 2013 through a merger of four higher education institutions owned by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, with the grand launching in August 2013.
