St. Barnabas Health System is a nonprofit, faith-based health system operating three campuses in Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver Counties in Pennsylvania. The organization is headquartered in Gibsonia, in the Pittsburgh region. 
 Its charitable framework supports access to care through the Free Care Fund, backed by affiliated entities such as golf courses, grocery stores, radio stations, an auto repair shop, an indoor pool, and other ventures that help fund care for those who cannot afford it. In early 2026, St. Barnabas Charities announced plans for its Founder's Day celebration in April.
