Soi Dog Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2003 and based in Phuket, Thailand, dedicated to improving the welfare of dogs and cats in Asia. It operates Southeast Asia's largest program addressing stray animals, including a Phuket sanctuary housing more than 1,800 animals and a treatment facility in Bangkok, funded entirely by donations; its CNVR program aims to reduce the number of animals born into abuse and neglect, eliminate rabies, and curb the spread of infectious diseases. Beyond care and adoptions, the foundation runs education and community outreach to promote animal welfare and alter how stray and domestic animals are treated in Thailand. It has contributed to policy change, helping abolish Thailand's dog meat trade and influence animal welfare laws enacted in 2014, and it maintains international partnerships to broaden impact. A recent development is a 2026 partnership with Chagee Holdings Limited to support the Sip for Paws initiative, reflecting ongoing collaboration.
