Seven Stars Bakery is a Rhode Island-based, family-owned bakery and café operator offering breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and coffee. The business emphasizes traditional craft and high-quality ingredients and aims to welcome customers like guests in a home setting, a principle reflected across its cafés. The company began in 2001 with a café on Hope Street in Providence and later opened additional locations in Pawtucket, Providence, Rumford (East Providence), Cranston, and the Jewelry District in Providence. In 2018 the business was sold to longtime customers; Sarah Williams, then operations lead, became head baker, and the brand continued its expansion with a Cranston café in 2019 and a fourth Providence location in 2021. Across its sites, the bakery emphasizes consistent quality in baked goods and beverages and aims to preserve a communal, welcoming atmosphere.
