Ringway is a UK-based construction services provider specializing in local authority highways contracts. It delivers a range of services on these contracts, including winter maintenance, gully cleansing, grass cutting and routine road maintenance and repairs, with work spanning London, Plymouth, Bracknell Forest, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes, Surrey, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. With nearly five decades of experience, Ringway has built long-standing partnerships to deliver highways services, including two 25-year PFIs begun in 2013 for Hounslow Highways in the London Borough of Hounslow and Island Roads on the Isle of Wight. Its work under these arrangements covers upgrades to roads, pavements and cycle paths, enhancements to street lighting, and traditional maintenance such as tree and verge care, winter gritting, street cleansing, graffiti removal and related duties. In May 2026 Ringway announced a contract with Kent County Council to deliver a major highways maintenance program.
