Rhode Island Latino Arts (RILA) is a Rhode Island-based nonprofit organization focused on promoting and developing Latino arts, culture, history, and heritage within the state. Founded in 1988 as the Hispanic Heritage Committee, it operates from Central Falls, Rhode Island, and serves as a hub for Latino arts through programs that include networking events and a coordinated effort for National Hispanic Heritage Month year after year.
