At Relate Family Therapy and Counseling, we help families, individuals, couples, adolescents and children, as young as two, gain awareness into issues and find a sense of empowerment to face challenges that seem insurmountable. 
Our 12 office suite has play rooms and spaces for all clients to feel safe and comfortable. We work to do that through client-centered work that infuses humor, a sense of safety, and empathy. Whether you are looking for an individual therapist or someone to help with your whole family, the therapists at Relate Family Therapy and Counseling can work with you to get through your current challenges or past trauma. 
Our staff provides several forms of evidence based therapeutic treatment in a safe, supportive environment.
In addition to Individuals, Couples, Family, Group, Therapy, we also do reintegration, coparenting, and relinquishment work with families.
We have therapists that are highly trained in trauma, and several modalities of evidence-based theory are used by members of our team. We find the best fit for the client based on their needs, and past experiences, both in their lives and with therapy.
