The RTL is a public transit organization in the Urban Transit Services industry, headquartered at 1150 Boulevard Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Quebec, and serves the Agglomération de Longueuil, including Boucherville, Brossard, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Longueuil and Saint-Lambert, with a population of more than 425,000 residents.
