PMA Mental Health Counseling is a collective of psychotherapists that we carefully joined with to provide counseling services both virtually via secure platforms and in-person. *Please Note: We do not provide medication management.
 
Our services include Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Psychotherapy, addressing a variety of topics. We have a wonderful, empathic, compassionate, intelligent, and present crew of therapists that are available to support and challenge you to be your most grounded, intentional, and authentic self. 
 
All of our clinicians are highly trained, come from diverse backgrounds, and participate in supervision. Through Presence, Mindfulness, and Authenticity, we are dedicated to assisting you in taking action to help you overcome your challenges. Some challenges that we focus on can include anxiety, depression, body image issues, relationship issues, sexuality, substance abuse recovery, LGBTQ related issues, and trauma. Our intention is to listen to you carefully and design an individualized approach to achieving your therapy goals. Our approach is comprehensive and relational in nature, and includes both traditional talk therapy, as well as relational and experiential therapies focusing on the "here and now" helping you live more wholeheartedly and authentically.
