Pharmax Research is a leading boutique pharmacometrics consulting firm with expertise in building quantitative models to improve and drive drug development.

The Company was founded in 2000 by Sam Liao, PhD, who has over 35 years of experience in PK/PD analyses and clinical drug development.  Our small size allows for flexibility and creates an intimate working relationship with the principal scientist who you will have access to majority of the time.

Our Mission is to nurture long-term client relationships and leverage knowledge attained over time from past endeavors to become more efficient at future projects.  We choose to retain relationships that we find match our level of drive, ambition, and curiosity.
