AttractFactors is an integrated talent acquisition analytics tool that bring together surveys and applicant tracking system data to assist talent acquisition leaders in improving throughput of talent, hit hiring plans, decrease time to fill, increase hiring quality, to increase the productivity and happiness produced by every dollar invested in the recruiting process.

PeopleAnalyst brings together capabilities from human resource management, behavioral science, statistics, human resource information systems, product management, DevOps, machine learning and software engineering to develop applications that solve tenacious organization problems.
