Partnership 4 Kids is a nonprofit focused on youth development in Omaha, Nebraska. With more than thirty years of experience, it provides college-bound mentoring and goal-setting programs for local youth, combining academic support with exploration of higher education options and career readiness activities. The organization structures its work around four pillars: goal setting, group mentoring, postsecondary access, and career exploration. The nonprofit was established in 2007 through the joining of two local youth-serving groups, All Our Kids and Winners Circle, each with roots dating back to the late 1980s and mid-1990s. Its mission is to engage and inspire students from preschool through graduation, offering personalized support, career exploration, and access to scholarships.
