One Revolution Foundation is a Utah-based nonprofit organization focused on reshaping perceptions of disability. Through its Education Program, the foundation enlists Paralympic athletes to share personal stories with students in grades 3–12, demonstrating the idea that resilience and agency can define outcomes after adversity. The program aims to equip young people with skills to cultivate resilience and to choose empowering labels, or “Nametags,” for themselves, reinforcing a universal message about what people do with what happens to them. Founded by 13 Paralympic medalist Chris Waddell, the foundation positions itself within the nonprofit sector by promoting inclusive attitudes and expanding its reach to new markets nationwide. The organization operates from Park City, Utah, and maintains a small staff size to deliver its education-focused initiatives.
