In 2026, we are piloting AI-based route planning and dynamic pricing, while expanding our network with nearly 500 new community parcel machines – designed to be within slippers distance of every home in the Baltics.

In 2025, Omniva was named Service Provider of the Year at the international Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards. For the fourth consecutive year, the Universal Postal Union recognized Omniva as the most advanced postal company in its region. 

Behind all of this are our 2,300+ employees. From couriers and sorters to engineers and data experts, we work as one team with a shared goal: delivering the world closer to people. Our historic HQ on Pallasti Street in Tallinn is joined by modern offices in Riga, Vilnius and Kaunas, as well as sorting and distribution centers across the Baltics.
