Oklahoma Policy Institute (OK Policy) is a non-partisan independent policy think tank based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was launched in early 2008, evolving from the public policy work of Community Action Project of Tulsa County. The organization conducts research, analysis, and advocacy to advance equitable and fiscally responsible policies that expand opportunity for all Oklahomans. OK Policy collaborates with national networks of state-level policy researchers and leads Together Oklahoma, a nonpartisan coalition that promotes responsible budget and tax policies. Operating in the civic and social sector, it seeks to inform policymakers and stakeholders in Oklahoma with its evidence-based work. In December 2025, the organization received five Graphies awards across eight categories, highlighting its contributions to the field.
