Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Sylvania, Ohio, serving families across the Northwest Ohio region. It provides 100% need-based scholarships for K-8 students, aiming to ensure income does not determine access to quality education, and supports attendance at the schools of a family’s choosing, including Catholic and religious-affiliated schools, Montessori programs, other independent schools, and homeschooling options.

Its primary beneficiaries are low-income families seeking educational options for their children who would otherwise face financial barriers to enrollment in preferred schools. In 2020, NOSF announced partnerships with the Children's Scholarship Fund to award need-based scholarships, expanding opportunities for parental choice in education. The organization operates with a small staff from its Sylvania location and focuses on expanding access to diverse schooling options in the region.
