Niagara Helicopters Limited is a midsize aviation operator based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Founded in 1961, the company has developed a strong focus on tourism-related helicopter services, complemented by charter flights, aerial surveillance, film and photography work, external loads, and other specialized flying activities. Over the past decade, it has modernized its helicopter fleet to maintain a high level of operational capability. In 1985, the Niagara Falls portion of Pan-Air was acquired by the company's president, Ruedi Hafen, integrating regional assets into its operations.
