The organization serves youths aged 12 and up and their families, offering social, emotional, and behavioral interventions alongside career technical education and targeted academic curricula, and operates with a compassionate, service-oriented leadership approach. Located in Vista, California, the group employs staff members who manage programs designed to foster resilience and real-world skills in a setting that supports the overall development of the individual.
