NC REALTORS® is a nonprofit trade association for real estate professionals in North Carolina, founded in 1921 and incorporated in 1935. It counts more than 54,000 members across 43 local associations, organized into 10 regions with elected vice presidents coordinating activity. The organization’s mission is to promote the success of its members and enhance the quality of life in North Carolina, via defending property rights, leading in legislative and regulatory matters, upholding ethical standards, and delivering education, products and services. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, the association serves as a resource and advocate for its professional membership, supporting housing affordability and professional standards through education, policy engagement, and member services. In November 2025 it launched a redesigned suite of materials to modernize listings and agent touchpoints, reflecting an ongoing evolution of its offerings.
