NFRC is a non profit mental health center that provides comprehensive services and educational programs to children, teens and adults. NFRC has a highly experienced staff and works with families of all compositions and diversity. 

NFRC specializes in helping families through transitions such as
separation, divorce or the end of a relationship.  

Family changes are stressful and affect everyone!! This is a time of
changing emotions, feelings of loss, worries, anger and confusion.
NFRC staff work with clients to establish a roadmap-- steps and
coping skills to move forward; We help parents create a child-
focused parent plan that helps parents navigate decisions about
children, communicate as co-parents and the understand  the different developmental changes their children experience.

NFRC staff customize their work with family members based on the
family's need. Educational programs  teach coping skills and
provide information about changes in families to prevent conflict and keep the focus on each parent being involved with their children.  

NFRC staff also work with couples by providing premarital, marital,
separation and blended family counseling.
