National Academic Educational Partners (NAEP) is a company comprised of educators from across the country who have demonstrated extraordinary success in turning around low performing schools. Our primary body of work is partnering with schools and school districts challenged with persistent low performance to implement proven turnaround strategies. 

While our passion is on turning around low performing schools, our many services can be tailored to the needs of each partner school.

We believe: 

*        Turning around a school is possible when an entire school district and community embrace the transformational model.
*        Unprecedented levels of achievement can occur within one year, but ultimately *        research shows it takes three years to ensure its sustainability.
In the academic potential of all students, particularly those performing in the lowest levels.
*        In working with and supporting education professionals in any way to improve student achievement.
*        Change is driven by a review of existing data and diagnosis of each student’s strengths and weaknesses.
*        The state of education for students in the lowest levels can be radically changed, student by student, school by school, district by district.
