Nantucket Culinary Center (NCC) operates as a year-round culinary destination on Nantucket, offering hands-on cooking classes, culinary-themed public events, and an in-house Corner Table Café. Located at 22 Federal Street in Nantucket, Massachusetts, the center is housed in a landmark building that also serves as a venue for private parties and events, with three floors dedicated to community well-being and the island’s culinary past, present, and future. The main floor includes a demonstration and test kitchen for local and visiting chefs, plus spaces for programs and live recording or streaming of events; the upstairs area provides a state-of-the-art classroom kitchen and a private dining room that can serve groups up to 16 for hands-on learning, with a seasonal curriculum and near-nightly classes. The Corner Table Café, open daily, offers a family-friendly menu of seasonal snacks and meals inspired by the culinary school and visiting chefs, emphasizing a social space that complements the center’s educational focus. NCC was developed in collaboration with ReMain Ventures and launched by Joy and Greg Margolis in early 2016, situating it within the food and beverage services industry as a multi-faceted culinary venue that blends education, experiences, and community gathering.
