NALSC® (the National Association of Legal Search Consultants) is the only organization representing the attorney search profession. NALSC is committed to upholding ethical standards by requiring adherence of its members to the NALSC Code of Ethics®.  We provide educational forums and opportunities for members to learn, discuss best practices, and socialize together.

NALSC currently is comprised of over 350 members from all over the United States and Canada, as well as other international locations.  Given the prominence of the Code of Ethics, a constantly increasing number of legal employers are incorporating the NALSC Code of Ethics® in their recruitment contracts.

NALSC has two conferences per year, the Fall Symposium and the Annual Conference (in different US locations each year).  These conferences filled with numerous programs of interest to legal recruiters, networking, and fun with professional colleagues.   

Melissa Peters currently serves at President, and Stephanie Ankus serves as NALSC’s Executive Director. The Board of Directors is available via the NALSC website www.nalsc.org.
