NADCO is a small- to mid-sized trade association based in Washington, DC that represents the nation’s Certified Development Companies. These CDCs are nonprofit organizations certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration to participate in the SBA 504 program, and NADCO serves as the industry body that coordinates standards and collaboration within the financial services ecosystem. The association focuses on advancing the network of CDCs and facilitating their role in supporting small businesses through the program. Through the SBA 504 program, these CDCs help small business owners acquire and improve real estate and select long-lived equipment. Eligible activities include purchasing, constructing, or renovating commercial property, as well as land acquisition for development.
