Mille-feuille Bakery is a French-authentic bakery based in New York City, owned by chef Olivier Dessyn, who is French-born and a New Yorker by choice. The bakery is recognized for handmade, high-quality pastries and a retail footprint that began with a Greenwich Village cafe in 2011, followed by expansions to the Upper West Side in 2014 and Brooklyn in 2019.
