Based near Wilkes-Barre in Northeast Pennsylvania, the company was founded in 1985 by Robert Mericle and focuses on build-to-suit projects as well as speculative, investment-grade space. It owns and maintains more than 21 million square feet of bulk industrial, office, flex, and medical space and operates the largest commercial real estate brokerage in Northeast Pennsylvania.
