The Medicare Rights Center is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities. Through counseling, education, and advocacy, we empower people with Medicare, their families, and the professionals who serve them. For more than 35 years, Medicare Rights has been a trusted, independent voice working to protect and strengthen Medicare.
