Many Languages One Voice (MLOV) is a Washington, DC-based nonprofit focused on empowering immigrant communities of color by providing tools to participate meaningfully in the broader DC community. It prioritizes support for low-income and BIPOC women, youth, and families who are immigrants or come from households with limited English proficiency, helping them develop leadership and civic participation. Its work seeks to amplify the voices of vulnerable members to address systemic racial inequities. Through the DC Language Access Coalition, MLOV advances language justice in the region and has expanded its youth programming in recent years. In late 2023, it launched a digital literacy program and a new parent leadership program, and in February 2023 it appointed Hiram Cortez as Executive Director.
