Lycored is a mid-sized company in the food and beverage services industry based in Branchburg, New Jersey. For more than two decades it has specialized in carotenoid-based ingredients and products, built on rigorous research and quality standards. Its development process can start from a seed—literal or conceptual—followed by extensive testing and refinement before bringing a product to market. Innovations such as a microencapsulation technique help stabilize ingredients and enable gradual release, alongside a vegan-friendly red colorant. Lycored serves the food, beverage and dietary supplement markets with naturally derived carotenoids and related color, flavoring, and texturizing ingredients. In 2024 it introduced Lumenato Emulsion as a new delivery format for its Lumenato extract.
