The London Internet Exchange (LINX) Ltd is a not-for-profit, member-owned technology organisation founded in 1994 and based in London, England. It operates Internet Exchange Points in the UK at London, Manchester, Scotland, and Wales, and in the United States at Northern Virginia, with expansion into Africa beginning in Nairobi in 2023 and Mombasa in 2025, and plans for a West Africa footprint later this year. In May 2026, LINX announced a partnership with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority to form the Digital Infrastructure North Alliance, a collaboration aimed at strengthening digital infrastructure in the North of England.
