LIU Global is the global studies arm of Long Island University, offering a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies. The program provides an accredited four-year degree that includes immersion in more than eight countries, delivering a globally oriented education. It brings together three communities—Friends World, Global College, and LIU Global—to support this cross-cultural approach within a higher education setting. 

Its target audience includes students seeking a liberal arts education with substantial international exposure, as well as those pursuing experiential learning within a global context. Based in Brooklyn, New York, LIU Global operates as part of a small-to-mid-sized academic organization within the LIU system. In 2026, the broader LIU community held its commencement ceremony at Barclays Center, including the conferment of an honorary degree during that event.
